HD Stainless Steel Banding for Street Pole Banners

Description

HD Stainless steel banding is the most secure way to fasten your street pole banner bracket to your lamp post. The HD Stainless Steel banding comes in 3/4" width and had an average breaking strength of 2250 lbs. This banding is the same type of banding used by City traffic operations to install signs and traffic lights onto lamp posts. 

We tend to learn more toward the HD stainless steel banding installation method when installing particularly large banners or in notoriously windy locations. In fairly sheltered areas where banners are 2'x6' or smaller, the high torque banner bandingwill likely do the trick.  The HD Stainless Steel banding will require little to no maintenance over it's lifetime, should it be installed properly. 

The HD Stainless steel banding comes in rolls of 100'.  Generally, we recommend budgeting about 10' of banding to be used per pole (about 2.5' of banding used per connection point x4 connections points = 10').

    • Stock designs usually ship within 5-7 Business days. You will be notified if a shipment may take longer. These banners are all printed to order, so production needed to occur prior to shipping.  
    • Custom printed products (custom Street Banners or Stock Designs that have some element of customization) have a standard turn around time of 7-10 business days, depending on quantity ordered. 
    • Shipping occurs Monday-Friday 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM MST

    Delivery Time

    Actual delivery time will vary based on your location. Flat rate fees are calculated based on ground service by a major carrier. Should you require air service, contact us and we will provide a custom shipping rate for your order.

    If we are unable to ship your order within the specified time period you will be notified via phone or email of your order status.

    CANCELLATIONS, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    RETURNS OF PRODUCTS WITH DEFECTS

    At Green Valley Flags, we want you to be satisfied when you receive your products. All custom products are tailor made to your specifications, as such there is potential for human error, however minimal. Under normal circumstances, our quality control department would pick up on it but sometimes things slip through and the order is dispatched. You might be wondering, what do I do incase of a manufacturing defect?

    If our products are faulty in any way, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. You can contact our customer service department by emailing info@greenvalleyflags.com. Let us know your name, order number and concern and we will respond quickly to resolve your issues. We ask you provide a digital image of the fault in your product as well as a clear description of the problem.

    In most cases, we will be able to resolve your issue via email. If the fault cannot be verified, you may  need to return your product to us for inspection.

    RETURNS OF NON FAULTY PRODUCTS

    With regards to all products, we cannot accept the returns of non-defective products. We produce all of our products, including stock-design banners, as and when orders are placed. This means that every order, regardless of customization or not, was specifically produced for the customer and cannot be returned or re-stocked for resale at a later date. Unless the product is defective or there is evidence of poor workmanship, no products can be returned or exchanged.  

    REFUND POLICY

    Prior to Production - Sometimes you may purchase a product but quickly decide that you do not wish to go through with the purchase. We wait 1 hour after you place an order/ approve a proof to start manufacturing. If you contact a representative by phone only within the first hour then we will be able to cancel your order and issue a refund for the full amount.

    If you have any questions, doubts, concerns or things you wish to discuss about the product, feel free to give our team a call to address your concerns.

    After Receipt of Goods - If you receive your goods and you are unhappy for any reason, please do let us know, we will be happy to review and correct anything that was a result of our oversight or poor workmanship. We value feedback and strive to improve our service in all ways possible. To avoid being unhappy with your item be sure to double check the following:

    1. Text - check spelling, font, size and placement on the design to ensure it meets your satisfaction
    2. Check sizes - check the size of your design in relation to the product. Please be sure to check that the size of the artwork you submit is high enough quality to avoid pixelation when printing. Check the size of product you are purchasing to ensure it meets your needs. What is the size of your pole? See our Sizing Chart if you are not sure.
    3. Preview Your Design - You are able to preview your design by either downloading a Template and using a software like Adobe Illustrator to review a proof or by double checking the artwork uploaded to the site. 

    CANCELLATIONS POLICY

    Within an Hour of Purchase - We wait one hour after you place your order (stock designs)/ approve your proof (customized deisgns) before we start making it. Within this hour, you may contact us via phone if you wish to edit or change your mind and we can issue you a full refund

    An Hour after Purchase - We custom make each product to order and due to the efforts and materials that go into each banner, we cannot cancel an order once the product goes into production. If you wish to cancel your order prior to the start of production, there will be a 35% charge of the cost of items.
